Community Lifesaving Skills Training $Free

At the heart of what we do is community resiliency—neighbors looking out for neighbors. One way we live that out is by offering free, informal lifesaving training that meets people where they already are.

Each month, we offer one-hour interactive community sessions in the neighborhood. We also bring this training to community events offering 10–15 minute mini-sessions at events so people can jump in, learn something lifesaving, and get back to enjoying the day.

What we cover (in full sessions or quick pop-ins):

  • Community Hands-Only CPR

  • How to recognize an opioid overdose and safely administer Narcan

  • Stop the Bleed basics to control life-threatening bleeding until help arrives

There’s no fee for these trainings. This is about access, awareness, and empowering everyday people with skills that save lives.

If you’re hosting a community event, health fair, sports tournament, or neighborhood gathering and want to offer something hands-on lifesaving training, we’d love to be part of it.

👉 Follow us on social media to see where the next session will be—or reach out to host one! We welcome quite a variety of spaces (brewery, library, coffee shop, business)  to help build a safer, more resilient community, one skill at a time.
